Hours: 6PM andndash; 2AM (Night shifts)

About the Role

Berkeley Scott is looking for an experienced and reliable Night Chef to join a busy bakery in Callington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident with night shifts.

You will play a key role in supporting bakery production overnight, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.

Responsibilities

  Prepare, cook, and assist with bakery production during night shifts.

• 
  

  Work efficiently to support deadlines and overnight orders.

• 
  

  Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health andamp; safety.

• 
  

  Adapt to the demands of a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

• 
  

  Be flexible and willing to support the team with varied tasks.

Requirements

• 
  

  Previous chef experience (bakery or large-scale production experience desirable).

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health andamp; safety.

• 
  

  Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working night shifts.
