Weandrsquo;re currently recruiting an ambitious Night Chef to join our team and help us deliver exceptional food experiences for staff on a large-scale dining operation.
Working 30 hours per week, youandrsquo;ll be part of the UKandrsquo;s market-leading food service company, where youandrsquo;ll have the chance to progress, be recognised, and truly make your mark.
What youandrsquo;ll be doing:
Preparing delicious, high-quality food that brightens our staffandrsquo;s nights
Overseeing and implementing menu changes and improvements
Listening and responding to customer feedback
Supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
Maintaining a positive brand image
Monitoring stock levels and kitchen inventories
Upholding hygiene and food safety standards
Overseeing kitchen cleaning routines
What weandrsquo;re looking for:
A passion for great-tasting food and excellent service
Previous experience working night shifts in a catering/chef role
City andamp; Guilds 706/1 andamp; 2 or NVQ equivalent
Experience handling
