      <description>Location: Croydon | Salary: &amp;pound;26/hour | Type: Temporary | We are seeking an experienced and people-focused NHS Employee Relations Manager on behalf of our client to lead the delivery of a high-quality ER service within a large and complex organisation.  This is a key leadership role responsible for managing complex employee relations matters, supporting managers on people issues, and driving a positive, fair and restorative approach to workplace relations.
