NHS Employee Relations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused NHS Employee Relations Manager on behalf of our client to lead the delivery of a high-quality ER service within a large and complex organisation.This is a key leadership role responsible for managing complex employee relations matters, supporting managers on people issues, and driving a positive, fair and restorative approach to workplace relations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Employee Relations AdvisorsProvide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, capability and dignity at work casesManage complex investigations, hearings and employment relations caseworkSupport and coach managers to confidently manage people issuesEnsure ER cases are handled consistently, fairly and within agreed timescalesDevelop and review HR policies in line with employment law and best practiceAnalyse ER trends and KPI data to identify improvement opportunitiesBuild effective relationships with senior stakeholders and Trade Union representativesSupport the development and delivery of ER training and management workshopsRequirementsExperience in an NHS environmentCIPD qualifiedExtensive experience in Employee Relations within a large, complex and unionised environmentStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practiceProven experience managing complex investigations and sensitive caseworkExcellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skillsExperience managing teams and developing staff performanceStrong ..... full job details .....
