      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: 305.00-305.00 Daily | Type: Contract | NFT Test Lead/Senior Performance Engineer Location: London or Leeds (50% onsite) Rate: £305 per day Contract: Until September 2027 Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required  We''re recruiting an experienced NFT Test Lead/Senior Performance Engineer to join a major Financial Services programme. This is a Performance Engineering role, focused on identifying bottlenecks, defining non-functional requirements (NFRs), and improving application performance across modern cloud environments. Key skills:  8+ years'' IT experience with 5+ years in Performance Testing/Engineering Strong JMeter and/or LoadRunner experience Performance analysis, bottleneck identification and NFR definition Azure/AWS performance testing Dynatrace or New Relic Grafana and Splunk Python or JavaScript Scripting CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Docker and Kubernetes Banking or Financial Services experience is desirable  Requirements:  Active SC Clearance Ability to work 50% onsite in London or Leeds</description>
