This role will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and optimisation of the Nexthink platform, leveraging data and insights to improve end-user experience, proactively identify issues, and support EUC and Service Desk operations. While primarily remote, candidates should be willing and able to travel to London on occasion for stakeholder engagement, workshops and project activities.
