OverviewDue to the strength of our relationships within the pensions market we were able to successfully place a number of March and September 2025 qualifiers into pensions roles this year. In addition we have already had interest in March 2026 qualifiers from a specific client.

OpportunitiesWe continue to work on, on and off market, opportunities with firms who are actively looking to recruit trainees qualifying in September (2025) and March 2026.

These firms range from major international players to smaller specialist practices. We can advise you on the differing frameworks for training and development at these firms and on which firm may be best suited to you. Work on offer will be an excellent mix of trustee and employer advisory work as well as exposure to more project-based work such as advising on de-risking strategies. You will also gain exposure to corporate transactions in the context of pension schemes.
