The Company This optical multiple operates practices across the UK, with a clinical team that supports its newer optometrists from their first day. New starters are paired with a clinical mentor and have a named regional contact for any questions. The Position You will join a busy Derby practice as a full-time Optometrist, seeing a varied mix of NHS and private patients, from students to long-standing local families. Appointments are extended while you build speed and confidence, with regular case reviews alongside your mentor. Derby is close to the Peak District, with Nottingham and Birmingham each within an hour, and subsidised travel keeps your commute affordable. This suits a newly qualified optometrist, whether your OSCE results are in or on their way, who wants a supportive first role. The salary is £52,000. Why Should You Apply?
