This role offers an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their expertise within a supportive environment, working alongside experienced Employment Law specialists on high-quality and varied matters.Duties and responsibilitiesReport directly to the Department Director.Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters from inception to conclusion.Advise and represent clients on matters including: Unfair Dismissal; Discrimination Claims; Redundancy; TUPE; Breach of Contract; Conduct and Workplace Issues; Settlement Agreements; Mediation and Alternative Dispute ResolutionUndertake advocacy where appropriate.Attend client meetings, take instructions, and prepare ..... full job details .....
