They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and Newly Qualified Architect to join their expanding team in Bury.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:

• Help deliver on a range of commercial, education, and residential projects
• Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD

Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• ARB registered
• Relevant post RIBA part 3 qualification experience as Architect would be beneficial
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working across a range of sectors or sector specialist experience
• Strong design and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Bury area
