Newly Qualified Accountant, Real Estate Finance

Fraser Carver Executive Search are working with a reputable Real Estate Finance Company based in Central London who are looking to add in a Newly Qualified Accountant into the finance team. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day bookkeeping for the UK entitiesMaintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentationPrepare and post journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliationsPerform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliationsAssist with month-end close and management reporting processesLiaise with external tax advisers to support tax compliance and reporting requirementsWork closely with external audit partners, including preparing schedules and responding to audit queriesSupport the preparation of statutory accounts and year-end financial informationEnsure finance records are maintained in line with internal controls and accounting standardsAssist with process improvements and finance-related ad hoc tasks as requiredRequirements:Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA / CPA or equivalent)1 - 3 years'' post qualification accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-entity environment. Real Estate experience preferred but not essential.Strong bookkeeping and financial accounting experienceExperience working with external tax advisers and auditorsStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyGood understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting deadlinesStrong Excel skills and confidence ..... full job details .....
