Newly Qualified Accountant, Property Finance

Fraser Carver Executive Search are working with a reputable Real Estate Finance Company based in Central London who are looking to add in a Newly Qualified Accountant into the finance team. We are looking for someone ideally who has exposure to accounting for SPVs or knowledge of Securitisation Warehousing. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for the UK entities Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation Prepare and post journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations Assist with month-end close and management reporting processes Liaise with external tax advisers to support tax compliance and reporting requirements Work closely with external audit partners, including preparing schedules and responding to audit queries Support the preparation of statutory accounts and year-end financial information Ensure finance records are maintained in line with internal controls and accounting standards Assist with process improvements and finance-related ad hoc tasks as required Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA / CPA or equivalent) 1 - 3 years'' post qualification accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-entity environment. Real Estate experience preferred but not essential.
