We''re working with a growing Financial Planning Practice in Medway who are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.This is a busy, varied administrative role supporting advisors and paraplanners - perfect for someone with a financial services background who knows their way around financial admin.Key Responsibilities:• Processing and submitting new business applications end-to-end• Preparing and submitting Letters of Authority (LOA) and chasing providers• Obtaining valuations, policy information and client data from third parties• Preparing templated suitability reports under advisor and paraplanner direction.• Maintaining accurate client records on CRM systems• Managing advisor diaries and preparing documentation for client reviews• Processing servicing requests - fund switches, withdrawals, amendments• Liaising with head office and third-party providers to resolve queries• Supporting paraplanners with data gathering and file preparationThe Package:• Salary: £40,000• Annual Leave: 28 days• Working Pattern: Monday-Thursday in the office, Friday working from homeInterested?Send your CV to Jo at Financial Divisions.All applications are treated in the strictest confidence. ..... full job details .....
