Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties
- Manage and coordinate Landlord & Tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Provide invaluable administrative support to our busy Lettings Team.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors and contractors
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and Tenancy agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to Landlords & Tenants and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry and property management software is a plus ( especially Reapit)
As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of multiple properties. Your administrative skills, phone etiquette, organisational skills, multitasking and ability to upsell will be essential in providing excellent customer service to tenants. You will be responsible for managing Landlord & Tenant relations, coordinating maintenance activities, preparing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required for success in this role. Experience with data entry and property management software is a plus.
