New Store Opening Training Manager This is a regional role. We are looking for a New Store Opening Training Manager to take operational ownership of new store openings across the UK. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will lead and train teams, support franchisees and ensure each new site is fully prepared to open and operate to the required company, brand, food safety, health and safety and customer service standards. You will take ownership of the opening process from pre-opening training through to launch, delivering training before opening, supporting the team through opening day and the first weekend, and providing further support before handing the store over to the Operations Manager. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate new store opening activity from training through to launch. Deliver individual and group training to franchisees, managers and frontline teams. Train teams across operational procedures, health and safety, food safety, coffee, food preparation, customer service, cleaning, equipment and retail systems. Ensure products and service are delivered consistently to company and brand standards. Support franchisees with recruitment, preparation and operational setup. Check opening deliveries, stock and equipment and resolve issues before opening.
