With refurbishments underway across the majority of our estate and a renewed focus on experience-led wellness, this role plays a key part in shaping the first impression of our new era. The New Member and Sales Host is responsible for inspiring people to begin their wellness journey, delivering an exceptional sales and onboarding experience, and ensuring every new member feels welcomed, valued and supported through their first 90 days.
