The team works alongside expectant parents and families with newborn babies, providing timely support, building resilience and promoting positive outcomes from the earliest stages of a child s life. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker who is passionate about early intervention, strengths-based practice and supporting families to create lasting change. Key Responsibilities As a Social Worker within the Pre-Birth and Newborn Family Help Team, you will:   Manage a varied caseload of expectant parents and families with newborn babies.
