This is a hands on data role where you will bring together information from across the business and turn it into clear, meaningful insight. From workforce training and compliance through to positive interventions and wider Health and Safety performance, you will help give the business a clear picture of what is happening, where the trends are and where action may be required. The Role You will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports • Managing Health and Safety performance data from across the business • Reporting on training completed, outstanding and upcoming requirements • Monitoring positive interventions and wider compliance information • Analysing data to identify trends, risks and areas requiring attention • Bringing together data from multiple sources • Ensuring reporting is accurate, current and meaningful • Presenting information clearly to management and Health and Safety teams • Helping improve how data is captured, analysed and reported...
