The work is varied and includes a mixture of housing and leasehold management work, as well as property litigation. This includes injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes, and general property disputes.The personWe are seeking a Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor or Property Litigation Solicitor with an interest in housing work. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and ties to South Wales. Given the structure of the Cardiff team, this role is suitable for a solicitor with 2+ years PQE.
