NEW HOMES SALES NEGOTIATOR NEEDED

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE BASED, LARGE UK HOUSING DEVELOPER

Experience Required:

At least 1 years property sales experience either with an estate agent or a new homes developer
A stable employment profile
Drivers License
Good knowledge of the new build market

Sales Negotiator duties:

Responding to initial enquiries on the website & dealing walk in customers
Conducting viewings & showing the customer around the development
Calling through the internal database of customers & updating information
Sales Progression
Informing the Sales Management team with any offers
Working towards targets
