NEW HOMES SALES NEGOTIATOR NEEDED

DERBY BASED, LARGE UK HOUSING DEVELOPER

Experience Required:

• At least 1 years property sales experience either with an estate agent or a new homes developer
• A stable employment profile
• Drivers License
• Good knowledge of the new build market

Sales Negotiator duties:

• Responding to initial enquiries on the website & dealing walk in customers
• Conducting viewings & showing the customer around the development
• Calling through the internal database of customers & updating information
• Sales Progression
• Informing the Sales Management team with any offers
• Working towards targets
