This position is suited to candidates with a proven track record in new homes sales or another target-driven, customer-facing sales environment, who can confidently conduct viewings, negotiate offers, maintain accurate sales records and work towards agreed targets while providing clear communication throughout the customer journey.Role and ResponsibilitiesManage customer enquiries and arrange viewings of available new homes.Conduct property viewings and guide buyers through purchasing decisions.Negotiate offers and progress sales from reservation through to completion.Work towards agreed sales targets and monitor ongoing sales performance.Maintain accurate CRM records, customer information and sales pipeline updates.Skills and Experience RequiredProven experience in new homes or target-driven, customer-facing sales.Strong communication skills and confidence negotiating with prospective buyers.Comfortable using CRM systems to manage enquiries and sales activity.Full UK driving licence and access to a car.Willingness to ..... full job details .....
