As a New Homes Sales Consultant , you will undertake the marketing and sale of shared ownership homes by delivering an exceptional, proactive, and tailored customer service.

Youll be at the heart of helping individuals and families step onto the property ladder and into their new homes.

Key Duties Ensure that all homes are sold within the agreed marketing period.

Set up, coordinate, and attend viewings.

Closely monitor the progress of sales and take action to achieve targets.

Provide competitor analysis reports and other required reporting.

Prepare and distribute accurate pre-sale price lists for approval by the Sales Manager.

Identify and resolve purchase-related issues, advising buyers and solicitors accordingly.
