We''re looking for a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join our successful development in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months'' experience in new homes sales or a similar property sales environment. If you have experience working on a new build development and understand the customer journey from reservation through to completion, we''d love to hear from you. The Development Stunning development of approximately 250 plots Mixture of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes High-quality homes from a well-respected developer Working Pattern Tuesday and Wednesday off every week Only 1 in every 14 weekends off (approximately 4-5 weekends per year) The Role Welcome and qualify prospective purchasers. Conduct show home and development tours. Guide customers through the entire buying journey from enquiry to completion. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Manage the sales process accurately using CRM systems. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and the wider business to ensure a smooth customer experience.
