We''re recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to work across static developments between Sittingbourne and Canterbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected housebuilder, with excellent earning potential, career progression, and ongoing training.

New Homes Sales Advisor Responsibilities

• Selling new build homes from beautifully presented marketing suites and show homes.
• Conducting development and show home tours for prospective purchasers.
• Managing enquiries from telephone, online, and walk-in customers.
• Guiding buyers through the sales journey from initial enquiry through to exchange.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with purchasers.
• Working closely with the wider sales and site teams to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
• Flexibility to work weekends.
