New Homes Business Development Manager

Our client is a well-established estate agency with a formidable reputation across Kent and the South East. They have an extensive residential network and a dedicated New Homes division, collaborating closely with developers and housebuilders to successfully market and sell new-build developments. The Role As New Homes Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and securing new homes instructions from housebuilder clients across Kent. You will present to developers and housebuilders, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to win new development instructions. The role will involve close collaboration with residential offices, developers, the land team, and the wider New Homes support function. You will manage, motivate, and incentivise a team of site sales consultants, ensuring they have the support and direction needed to achieve sales targets. You will also encourage opportunities across mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations. Persuasive communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills will be essential, alongside the ability to manage budgets, work towards targets and ensure marketing and sales administration is delivered effectively.
