Our client stands head and shoulders above it''s competition across the New Homes market, successfully selling and managing relationships across some of the most desirable New Homes and Developments for the last 20 years.Due to a better than expected 2025 market, fuelled by Overseas markets, they are looking to grow their New Homes broker team in Central London.They are looking for Candidates who have a proven track record in either Residential Sales or New Homes, ideally with off-plan expertise.You will be working alongside a very successful team, with over 3,000 available properties to sell.Package:£35,000 basic salary10-20% commissionAdditional Bonuses £75,000-£85,000 OTEThis role is an immediate hire, with the client looking to onboard within Q1 of 2025. ..... full job details .....
