Sales ConsultantMy client are a leading housing developer who deliver new build homes across the country. They currently have a requirement for an ambitious New Home Sales Consultant who is looking to join a successful sales team to grow with the company, expanding their knowledge in the housing industry About the role of a Sales ConsultantThe New Home Sales Executive job will be responsible for securing the sale of new homes around Cheshire and Merseyside areas and to achieve contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets. You will utilise sales tools, promotions and incentives, to manage all sales proceedings including regular contact with customers with regards to contract exchange deadline to ensure that are that these are achieved and customers are kept fully informed throughout the buying process ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered Responsibilities for a Sales ConsultantMeeting with Clients, assessing their particular needs, showing them around show homes and explaining building issues and regulationsEnsure that H and S procedures are followed with regards to visitors and sales access into the construction area of the developmentAttending meetings with others involved in the sales and building processLiaising with solicitors, purchasers and mortgage advisors ensuring exchange of contract deadlines are metKeeping contact with Purchasers and maintaining good relationships with themAchieving excellent Mystery shop ..... full job details .....
