What You ll Do Engage with customers in the showroom and understand their needs. Present new Renault and Dacia vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. Arrange and conduct customer test drives. Introduce finance and insurance products in a clear, FCA?compliant way. Use Keyloop Showroom to manage enquiries, update CRM records, prepare quotations, create sales orders, process part?exchanges, and schedule handovers. Maintain accurate follow?up actions through Keyloop s integrated tools to support timely customer communication. Use CitNOW to record and share personalised vehicle videos, provide live walk?arounds, and communicate through its two?way messaging features. Manage customer engagement and lead responses through Keyloop s digital lead management tools, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly.
