We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - New Business to drive enterprise opportunities across this clients Microsoft offerings. The role focuses on expanding the UK client base with services and solutions across:AzureDynamics 365Power PlatformMicrosoft FabricCopilot/AIA full range of professional and managed servicesKey Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for Microsoft services and solutionsManage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closureBuild and maintain strong executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clientsCollaborate with internal pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop tailored solution proposalsStay informed of Microsoft''s roadmap and market trends, positioning this client as a strategic partnerConsistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targetsAccurately manage pipeline and forecasting using CRM and digital sales toolsQualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years'' enterprise sales experience with a strong track record in new business developmentProven knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot/AI)Consultative selling expertise with ability to demonstrate business value and ROI to C-suiteStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsComfortable engaging with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs)Resilient, target-driven, and highly self-motivatedProficiency with CRM systems and digital sales toolsDegree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA or Microsoft certifications advantageous)Skills
Strong general IT knowledge and Microsoft tool proficiencyAbility to work independently and proactivelyExcellent planning, organisation, and pipeline management skillsStrong business planning and financial awarenessProven ability to identify, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective solutionsExceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent documentation, reporting, and communication abilitiesWhat We Offer
