New Business Executive

Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a Family built, long and well established insurance company on the recruit of a New Business Executive. As New Business Executive, you’ll handle enquiries for personal and commercial insurance, delivering excellent customer service and driving new business growth. Working within a regulated framework, you’ll ensure all activity is compliant and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new business enquiries, understand customer needs, and provide tailored insurance quotes.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, underwriters, and stakeholders to meet shared goals.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support the wider promotion of financial and risk management services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Confident using insurance software and CRM tools.

Office based, Winchester
£25,000 - £30,000
