Our client is currently recruiting for a New Business Coordinator to join their team and support the New Business Manager daily. If you are hard working, committed and looking for a role where no day would be the same then this is the position for you!
The New Business Coordinator position involves:
- Creating pipeline opportunities for the business
- Working with the CRM system to update the existing information
- Identify and research areas and specific information
- Working with the marketing team to create new ideas to excite and attract new clients
- Being the first point of contact through telephone, email and letters
- Booking meetings for the New Business Manager
- Liaising with clients and being the first point of contact for them
- Sending out the relevant information to potential and new clients
- Converting leads into new business
To be considered for the New Business Coordinator position you will:
- Have proven ability to adapt within a fast paced environment
- Maintain previous telephone or customer service experience
- Have previous CRM experience
- Be confident when speaking with clients and be a fantastic relationship builder
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Work with confidence on the PC and all Microsoft packages
