New Business Account Manager IT Services North London outskirts Up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission (£60,000+ OTE) Join a well-established, independent IT services provider delivering managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, voice, connectivity, and professional services to SMB and SME customers across the UK. This is a pure new business role, focused on winning new logos through services-led sales rather than transactional product deals. You ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from self-generated prospecting through to close, working closely with presales and technical teams to design commercially sound, recurring service solutions. This role is suited to a driven new-business salesperson who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment. What s on offer: Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home), competitive base salary up to £45,000, 15% uncapped commission on gross profit with no threshold (£60,000+ OTE achievable), 20 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service), pension contributions, discounted healthcare, on-site parking, spot sales incentives (including holidays), discretionary Christmas bonus, and additional holiday for top performers.
