New Business Account ManagerWatford (hybrid)£60,000 - £70,000 (plus uncapped commission)Our client who is a high growth organisation are looking to expand their UK sales team, with a New Business Account Manager. You will be working hybrid and spending 2/3 days a week in their Watford office. You''ll be responsible for proactively identifying, targeting and winning new business, owning the full sales cycle. You''ll have experience selling either SAAS-based ITSM platforms or ITSM professional services.Responsibilities:Prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accountsOwn end to end sales cycles: outreach, discovery, proposals, demos, negotiations and contract sign offsEngage and influence senior stakeholdersCollaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape compelling solutionsConsistently exceed revenue and activity targetsSkills:Proven experience selling SAAS ITSM solutions or ITSM servicesStrong track record of new business sales and consistently achieving targetsExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skillsDemonstrated success in closing £50k - £500k+ dealsSelf-motivated, organised and able to work independently in a hybrid environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a business at a key growth stage, with a competitive salary, uncapped commission, career progression, ongoing training and development in a fast-growing sector.
