This is a varied role that combines the excitement of selling brand new homes with the satisfaction of supporting buyers through to completion. You''ll take full ownership of the site and take pride in showcasing this to prospective buyers and actively supporting through the process, all the way through to key collection and move-in day. What you''ll be doing Welcome prospective purchasers and provide outstanding customer experience. Conduct viewings and showcase the features and benefits of our homes. Qualify buyers and understand their requirements. Manage reservations and sales administration. Build strong relationships with buyers throughout their journey. Keep the sales suite and show homes presented to an exceptional standard. Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and compliant.
