New Build Residential Conveyancer / SolicitorSalary: £35,000-£50,000 DOE Location: DoncasterCRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm to recruit an experienced New Build Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join their specialist residential property team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or solicitor looking to join a firm with an excellent reputation for delivering a high-quality, client-focused service.The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of new build residential transactions, working closely with developers, clients, lenders and other third parties. New build conveyancing offers the opportunity to work on transactions involving more complex legal documentation, developer requirements and strict timescales.The Role You will take responsibility for managing a caseload of new build residential transactions from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:Managing new build purchase transactions, including off-plan purchasesDealing with contracts, transfers, leases and associated legal documentationReviewing and reporting on title and contract documentationRaising and responding to enquiriesLiaising with developers, lenders, clients and third partiesManaging transactions in line with strict developer deadlinesProgressing files through to exchange and completionProviding a high level of client service throughout the ..... full job details .....
