New Build Marketing Executive

Barchester''s exceptional marketing team have a rare opportunity for a New Builds Marketing Executive to join the Barchester family. Hybrid working, with regular travel into our London office as well as frequent scheduled visits to our new build homes that are due to open across the UK. Great opportunity to meet teams on site and tour our stunning new homes.As the New Build Marketing Exec you will manage processes that underpin the successful delivery of marketing for our new home openings to drive commercial performance. This will include the naming of the home, artwork creation, offline campaign implementation, through to the opening event. You will also play your part in budget control and reporting, as well as delivering clear, on-brand collateral for homes to use appropriately. Barchester Healthcare is one of the UK''s market leading healthcare providers being the second largest in the UK with over 250 care homes and hospitals across the country. With a successful new builds programme with 10 new build homes being built and opened every year for the next three years, we are rapidly and successfully expanding.NEED TO HAVE:Administration experience Ability to work concurrently on a number of different projects, ensuring projects are completed on timeHave organizational and prioritisation skills, and ability to manage own workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and ExcelIs a self-starter, pro-active and a can ..... full job details .....
