Supporting Fee Earners and Conveyancers specialising in new build property transactions, you will play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.This position would suit an organised and proactive individual with previous conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive support to Fee Earners within the New Build teamAssisting with a high-volume caseload of new build sales and purchases, with a particular emphasis on sales transactionsCommunicating with clients over the telephone and via email, providing regular updates and delivering a high standard of client careOpening and managing files in accordance with compliance proceduresPreparing contracts, legal documents and client correspondenceLiaising with clients, developers, lenders, brokers, solicitors and other third partiesRequesting searches and obtaining relevant property documentationAssisting with the exchange and completion processPreparing completion statements and supporting post-completion mattersMaintaining accurate records and updating the case management systemEnsuring transactions ..... full job details .....
