This is a hands-on, mid-level networking role where you''ll take ownership of day-to-day networking support, troubleshoot technical issues and get involved in infrastructure projects and improvements. What you''ll be doing Provide 3rd line support across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routing and firewalls Troubleshoot complex networking and connectivity issues Support VoIP and unified communications Work with suppliers and third-party technology partners Support network upgrades, changes and infrastructure projects Maintain technical documentation and standards Identify opportunities to improve reliability, automation and efficiency Work closely with wider Infrastructure and IT teams What we''re looking for Solid hands-on experience supporting enterprise networks Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routing and firewalls Cisco networking / CLI experience Experience with VoIP or unified communications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good understanding of IT service management and change processes Able to work independently and take ownership Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude CCNA is desirable but not essential - equivalent practical experience will be considered.
