The role combines day to day operational support with project work, giving you the chance to work across a wide range of technologies rather than being confined to a narrow area of responsibility.What you''ll be doingSupporting servers, networks, firewalls, backup platforms and core infrastructure servicesActing as a key escalation point for technical support issues across the businessMonitoring systems proactively and identifying potential issues before they become problemsSupporting the design and implementation of LAN, WAN and wireless network solutionsDelivering infrastructure improvements and IT projects alongside BAU responsibilitiesManaging Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft server environmentsMaintaining network security and supporting firewall administrationProducing clear technical ..... full job details .....
