Network Support Engineer

Mandatory experience required for this role includes:- Advanced Mobile Network RAN optimization/planning and RAN Performance knowledge.- Ability at making decisions in ambiguous situations using incomplete information.- Produce clear and effective communication both written and verbal to justify actions and drive business decisions.- Experience of Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia Performance counters and parameters.- RAN vendor alarm data diagnostic- Working in a live operational environmentPreferred experience:- Drive survey analysis- Coverage predictions and analysis using Attoll planning system- Crowd datasets to measure actual coverage levels and serving cells.LA International is an award-winning partner of choice for many of the world''s most influential companies and government organisations.
