Network Planning Manager

We are working as the internal recruitment partner for our client, a global organisation providing specialist supply chain solutions to the aerospace industry.Due to continued growth and international expansion, we are seeking a Network Planning Manager to join the business in a brand-new role. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop the planning function, acting as the link between Sales, Procurement, Operations, Inventory, and Compliance teams to ensure the business is equipped to meet current and future demand. Reporting to the Group Head of Operations, you will take ownership of network planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, capacity planning, and operational performance. You will translate sales forecasts and procurement activity into clear operational plans, resource requirements, and infrastructure in place to support its global operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact, building planning models, introducing best practice, and driving continuous improvement across a growing international business.Responsibilities:Develop and implement network planning strategies to support operational and business growth objectives.
