Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex incidents, service requests and network-related issues. Manage the day-to-day operation of network services, ensuring high levels of availability and performance. Commission, maintain and upgrade core network infrastructure across a service provider environment. Plan and implement network changes while minimising operational risk and customer impact.
