This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong infrastructure professional who enjoys combining hands-on network engineering with leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.Working within a growing IT team, you will take ownership of the organisation''s network infrastructure, security posture, and connectivity across multiple sites, ensuring high availability, resilience, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and optimise the organisation''s network infrastructureOversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and internet connectivity environmentsLead network security initiatives including monitoring, patching, access control, and incident responseSupport and develop cloud and hybrid infrastructure connectivityManage relationships with third-party vendors, ISPs, and technology partnersProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staffEnsure robust disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity proceduresParticipate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and future technology planningMaintain network documentation, standards, and compliance requirementsTechnical EnvironmentExperience in several of the following areas would be beneficial:Cisco / Aruba / Fortinet / Palo Alto technologiesSwitching and routingFirewalls and ..... full job details .....
