This is a senior role focused on operational ownership, vendor management, and driving performance across a managed service model.Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end Network RUN and Change services Ensure availability and performance across LAN, WAN, wireless, and security environments Act as the senior escalation point for network incidents Lead managed service providers and oversee SLAs and KPIs Align network services with architecture and business strategy Drive continual service improvement initiativesRequired Experience Strong enterprise LAN/WAN and data centre networking background Experience with SD-WAN, wireless, network security, and remote access solutions Knowledge of micro-segmentation (e.g. VMware NSX-T) Proven vendor and stakeholder management experience Background operating within ITIL / managed service environmentsGCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
