Network General Manager (CI and Transformation)

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Network General Manager focussing on Continuous Improvement (CI) and Transformation supporting our customer Sainsbury''s on a national basis. The role will drive a structured programme of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve service performance, reduce cost and build future capability across warehouse operations. You will use data, insights and cross-functional collaboration to identify, prioritise and implement impactful improvements, including leading major change programmes, embedding CI methodologies and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that support both operational excellence and long-term customer objectives. This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. With regular travel to our Sainsbury''s operations across the UK, we do ask for some flexibility, if or when required. Pay, benefits and more: We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £100,000.00per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
