We-are-recruiting-for-an-experienced-Network-Voice-Engineer-to-join-a-well-established-technical-environment-in-Gloucester.

This-is-a-Level-3-role-focused-primarily-on-enterprise-voice-technologies,-with-some-involvement-across-the-wider-network-estate.

You-will-be-responsible-for-supporting,-troubleshooting-and-improving-critical-voice-services,-working-across-technologies-including:

Cisco-Unified-Communications-Manager,-Call-Manager

Cisco-UCCE

Microsoft-Teams-telephony

Enterprise-voice-infrastructure

Wider-networking-environments

Experience-with-LAN,-data-networking-or-firewalls-would-be-beneficial,-but-the-main-requirement-is-strong,-demonstrable-voice-engineering-expertise.

The-hiring-manager-is-looking-for-someone-who-can-clearly-explain-the-voice-environments-they-have-supported,-the-technologies-involved-and-their-personal-contribution-when-resolving-complex-issues.
