The role is ideal for someone equally comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting as they are engaging with stakeholders and third-party vendors, and who thrives in a highly regulated, process-driven environment.Key Responsibilities: Respond to, troubleshoot and resolve network issues raised via the ticketing system, providing top-level support across WAN and LAN technologies. Oversee and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring continued availability and reliability across the global estate. Ensure the network meets required security standards and controls, with a strong focus on Layer 7 technologies. Work with third-party vendors to identify root cause analysis on support issues. Support the implementation of new technologies, contributing to both BAU and project initiatives including the ongoing Azure cloud migration programme.
