      <description>Location: London | Salary: 240.00-240.00 Daily | Type: Contract | Network Engineer5 Days on site in Paddington4 weeks contract. Start within the next 2 weeks£250 a day Inside IR35Role and responsibilities:2nd - 3rd line engineer with Fortinet, Netgear experience is ideal. Ruckus experience is preferredThe successful candidate will be responsible for installing ,troubleshooting Fortinet and Netgear networking hardware and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Duties include (but not limited to)Provide hands-on 2nd and 3rd-line support across customer network environments.Support and administer NETGEAR switching and wireless infrastructure, including VLANs, trunking, PoE and access-point configuration.Investigate complex LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and connectivity incidents escalated by the service desk.Diagnose performance, routing, firewall, switching and wireless issues using monitoring and diagnostic tools.Liaise with customers, third-party carriers and vendors to resolve faults and manage technical escalations.Maintain network documentation, configurations, diagrams and knowledge-base articles.Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to 1st-line engineers.</description>
