Network Engineer

Network Engineer - Managed Services Up to £65,000 Per Annum We''re looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join a highly skilled NOC team within a leading technology solutions provider. You''ll support a diverse customer base across sectors including finance, manufacturing, utilities and retail, working across networking, infrastructure, cloud, virtualisation and security. The Role Provide technical support across complex customer environments and managed services. Troubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure incidents. Contribute to solution design, HLD/LLD, implementations and technical projects. Act as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert. Work within an ITIL-based service environment, supporting SLAs, KPIs and change/problem management. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota. Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of technical service. Occasionally travel to customer sites, data centres and offices in Milton Keynes/Watford.
